Main Areas of Responsibility:
Summary: The Client Care Coordinator will assist in providing case management, enrollment oversight, and initial suicide risk assessments of applicants and clients seeking services through Paws and Stripes. The Client Care Coordinator oversees the Enrollment Coordinators and reports to the Clinical Director.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assists in providing case management for applicants and clients (assessments, referrals, advocacy, developing treatment plans, and documentation).
Provides crisis intervention services for veterans and loved ones in the community
On-going Gatekeeper Training program with non-clinical frontline staff such as clerks and telephone operators to assure that they are aware of options for patients with whom they come in contact during crisis situations.
