Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team.  As a key member of the team, they will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company's operations. Their role will translate the strategic visions into actionable plans, ensure that every department synchronizes to achieve overarching business objectives.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

They must possess a blend of leadership, managerial prowess, and a keen insight into optimizing processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Master’s degree in relevant field or a equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 4 years’ direct experience in a non-profit agency including budget preparation and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in supervision.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A minimum of 3 years’ managing grants with federal grant management preferred; advance computer competency in MS Office and Windows and bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Salary Range: 
$80,000 - $90,000 annually
