Main Areas of Responsibility:
With expert thought leadership and by executing best practices, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be charged with devising and executing on a human resources strategy that reflects the organization’s need for systems creation, communication, and collaboration. The CHRO will have an opportunity to create systems and procedures, and build out the human resources function while collaborating with peers in the Leadership Team and working closely with mid- and lower level management.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
They will work across the complex organization, Board Committees, and at the Executive Level to initiate change and lend support in a collaborative manner, thinking big picture and reacting one-to-one.
