Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are looking for an organized, self-motivated leader to join our team and lead the wide array of community supports that are housed in our Center for Community Involvement. These programs range from Senior Transportation Services to Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement to Special Relief Projects as a response to community needs. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and multi-tasker.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Experience w/developing and implementing programs and projects (including outreach), and will work with spreadsheets and databases with ease. The person who fills this position will work supervising a diverse staff that supports newly housed families, refugee peoples and seniors. We are looking for a compassion-driven person who listens to the needs of the community and responds in dynamic ways.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA degree in relevant field OR recent equivalent exp.; min. of 2 years of non-profit agency including budget management, development and implementation; min. of 3 years of supervisory exp.; min. of 2 years’ exp. in government grant management; and proficient with MS Office Suite. Must have a valid driver’s license w/a clean record, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, work independently and collaboratively; outstanding communication and public speaking skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Salary Range: 
Pay range starts at $25.78 per hour/$53,622 annually, DOE.
