Main Areas of Responsibility:
Director for the Center of Self-Sufficiency and Housing Assistance is responsible for program management and development of comprehensive services to individuals including direct supervision of professional staff, grant writing and reporting, budgeting, contract compliance, community relations and program development. We are looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented person with a proven track record of productivity, customer service, and problem solving.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Applicants with experience manipulating data and financials in spreadsheets to manage complex grant requirements encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required; plus 3 years of supervisory experience. A minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in a non-profit agency including budget management, development and implementation required; minimum of two years’ managing grants with federal grant management preferred.
