Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides support in the community or at work for adults with developmental disabilities. May provide these support services at home due to COVID requirements.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Support individual goals; behavioral support; implement therapy plans; communications; and required Documentation.

Other Information/Requirements: 

We have a variety of positions and shifts available. Ideal candidates will have 6 months of prior experience in providing DD Waiver services. We offer competitive pay and benefits, based on experience.
