Main Areas of Responsibility:
Full time position. Assist families with infants/toddlers who have developmental delays/disabilities to access and coordinate community based services for their children. Coordinate services with physicians, health care providers and school personnel.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Must be able to drive to provide in-home and community based services to Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Paradise Hills and Ventana Ranch areas. Seeking a friendly, organized, detail-oriented individual. Must have or be working toward AS/AA or BA/BS degree. Prefer Spanish speaker. Competitive salary and fringe benefits.
