Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Campus Manager (CM) will oversee and maintain our multi-building property in Española, NM. Campus Manager will be responsible for all organization-wide digital and technological needs, property management, security, and rental agreements.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Office Coordinator supervision, Property management & rental oversight, Property security, Technology & Digital management

Other Information/Requirements: 

3+ years in property management
3+ years in a supervisory and/ or leadership role or equivalent
3+ years in financial and grant management or equivalent
Experience in management, project management and/ or property management
This position is located in Espanola, NM. Temporary, Full-time (30 hrs/week), exempt
