Main Areas of Responsibility:
Manage staff contractor’s payroll, reimbursements, and invoices
Update grant tracking spreadsheets weekly
Reconcile internal grant spreadsheets against fiscal sponsor’s reports monthly
Manage petty cash
Personnel contracts and organizing HR information
Filing of payroll, grant documents, and HR
Donation tracking
Budget planning and projections
Equipment orders, inventories
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assist with Reporting Finances to funders
Other duties as required for the mission of GJ.
