Bilingual Paralegal (Majority remote after training)

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Pegasus Legal Services for Children is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the rights of New Mexico’s children. We're looking to add a full-time (37.5 hours/week) paralegal to our team. This is a job with heavy client contact and high use of technology such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Gmail. This position has an option of majority remote work after training.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Bilingual Spanish/English or other language highly preferred.
Past client-facing experience highly preferred.
Past legal/nonprofit experience preferred.
Proficient in Google Apps (gmail/drive/docs).
Time management skills, conflict resolution, communication, and patience.
Dedication to child and family rights.
Proof of COVID Vaccination.

Other Information/Requirements:

The salary range for this position is $34,000-40,000 depending on experience & language skills.
