Assistant to the Executive Director

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain donor databases, including gift entry, acknowledgments, and updates.
Manage email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact.
Troubleshoot and address basic tech issues as needed.
Design and manage content for the foundation’s website, social media, and print materials.
Collaborate with grantees to gather 6-month and annual reports. Implement communication plan featuring grantees using storytelling techniques.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Assistant to the Executive Director provides essential support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors to advance the mission of the New Mexico Children’s Foundation (NMCF). This role requires a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy individual who excels in communications and technology. Responsibilities include fundraising, marketing, social media management, and administrative tasks, contributing to the foundation's impact across New Mexico.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications
Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and learn new systems quickly.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva.
Familiarity with Constant Contact, basic WordPress, and social media platforms.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Highly organized and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
