Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Museum Director by performing wide variety of sensitive, confidential, timely executive level work. Includes scheduling and active management of Director's calendar/ travel arrangements, coordination /preparation for meetings, completing any related follow up activities, screening of correspondence, calls /visitors, drafting /editing various documents, providing support to designated senior staff as requested.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Develop and manage the administrative budget and related projects, events and activities for the Office of the Director. Provide all administrative support for the meetings, events and activities of the Board of Trustees and Board committees. This position requires a professional demeanor, plus a high degree of responsibility, initiative, accuracy, diplomacy and personal judgment.
