Main Areas of Responsibility:
Playworks program coordinators, known as "coaches" work full time, on-site with the schools that we serve. Our enthusiastic, well-trained Playworks coaches manage a safe and inclusive recess where children are inspired to get off the sidelines and into the game. We work with urban schools to employ play and physical activity as tools for generating more community and family involvement through teaching and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
