Main Areas of Responsibility:
The professional hired for this position will execute intensive, child-focused recruitment activities targeted exclusively on finding forever families for the longest waiting children in the New Mexico foster care system. Providing post placement support and community outreach are also important aspects of this job.

Qualifications:
oExperience in the adoption field required
oBA, BSW or other human services degree/experience (MSW preferred)
oDemonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects and cultivate relationships
oExpertise in providing customer service/family support
oComputer literacy and efficiency required (MS Office), as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
oBilingual (Spanish) a plus.
