Main Areas of Responsibility:
Often the first NMWC employee that visitors meet either in person or by phone, requires a high degree of flexibility, discretion, attention to detail, and time management. Daily administrative tasks. Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Support the accurate and timely completion of AP/AR, bank deposits, PayPal transfers, deposit reports, and payroll assistance. Open and close Visitor Center lobby and sales area. Operate point of sales, maintain and track inventory. Assist with animal rescue intakes and follow intake protocols. Develop and implement strategies to recruit volunteers.
