Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Answering phone calls and placing follow-up calls as necessary
- Administrative meetings with executive director
- Transaction Coding
- Maintain budget, accounting, and Google Drive records
- Timesheet approval and processing
- Complete monthly Grant Reimbursements
- Review Statement of Activity by Donor with Executive Director
- Assist with any large fundraising events held by the organization
- Plan and participate in the annual graduation ceremony
- Take meeting notes
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
- Maintain inventory (i.e. computers, supplies, etc.)
- Assist in reviewing and reporting on various grants
- Data reports
- Maintain admin & grant calendars (application & reporting deadlines)
- Report donations from 4AGoodCause platform
- Assist with both July and January staff strategic planning/professional development weeks
- Provide support for both November and April data audits to ensure data quality
