Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for broad administrative support, including, but not limited to, answering the telephone; processing mail; maintaining files; overseeing maintenance of all office equipment; maintaining supply inventory; handling external purchase orders and receiving; entering and maintaining records in constituent database; processing donor gifts; performing basic bookkeeping; and organizing meetings.
