Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assisting Operation's Manager with various admin task involving communications with Academy students, teachers, and Executive Director. Scheduling calendar meetings for Operation's Manager and Executive Director. Greeting our students and parents for classes and making sure everyone signs in. Updating class registrations on binder and spreadsheets.- Experience with Google drive, Calendly.com, and working with spreadsheets are a plus but can train.

- Marketing Academy classes and events to Santa Fe area
