Job Description
Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Review Daily Task Trackers of staff members and Fellows/Interns for hours and content. Flag/forward any areas that need attention. Examine and help develop work plans for staff, interns, work-study, practicum students, and others as needed. Keep the calendar up to date. Perform administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc. Assist with drafting and monitoring email correspondence. Managing internal office documents in Google Drive.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist with filing the physical and digital documents. Assist with handling and delivery of GJ mail, packages, and gifts. Maintain and update youth demographics, contact information, and membership documents. Track Monthly data from youth gatherings, training, etc. Assist in Grant tracking and reporting. Provide programmatic support to the Leaders for Change Fellowship.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the GJ mission
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Administrative/Clerical support
Fluency with both Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets
