Main Areas of Responsibility:
Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, support visitors, prepare and file forms and other documents, write equipment maintenance requirements, call for repairs, maintain supplies/equipment inventories and evaluate new equipment and techniques, arrange to onboard new employees, provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors, keep track of organization receipts and reconcile bank statements, prepare invoices for grants/contracts/etc, and other duties as assigned.
