Most federal discretionary grant applications can be filed electronically on www.grants.gov . It is also recommended that you send a hard copy of your grant request by overnight mail to the grant officer listed on each grant announcement. Please note, applications must include a Dun and Bradstreet Data Univeral Numbering System (DUNS) number and register with the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR).
