Mission/Giving Statement: The mission of Fidelity's charitable giving program is to provide funding and volunteer support to the Albuquerque-area community with particular emphasis on providing the coaches, tools and experiences necessary to help underserved students achieve school success and pursue their own unique path to college and work.
Research tells us that students who stay in school not only contribute to a productive and viable workforce, but impact the economy in numerous positive ways. Through Fidelity at School, the firm and its employees support efforts designed to change the path of a student, fund a critical school initiative, or develop a program that will generate a positive impact on future generations.

Education: Fidelity Investment's focus is on education. Access to quality education is critical to the success of our children and the strength of our local communities. Fidelity's main goal is to partner with programs designed to enhance educational opportunities for young people, who we believe represent the future of our communities, our economy, and our progress as a nation.
Type of Funding/Funding Restrictions: Fidelity receives thousands of requests from many worthy causes and events, therefore it has established consistent criteria to objectively review requests. Fidelity takes a long-term view, with the goal of committing its resources where they can have the greatest impact on local communities. Fidelity works with organizations that are efficient and effective, doing work that is relevant, responsive to the needs of the community, sustainable and results-driven. No individual, religious-focused, or team sponsorships.
Application Instructions: Mail grant proposal. To be considered, please follow these steps:
Submit all sponsorship requests in writing.
Include a cover letter outlining the details of the sponsorship on the organization's letterhead.
Provide a description of the organization's background and mission statement.
Include the organization's current year's financial statement, including 501(c)(3) tax exempt documentation from the IRS (if applicable).
