Grantmaking Program Area Descriptions: 

Education Challenge Grants: An award competition to advance the use of computer and video games and innovation in the classroom, and in doing so, recognize and reward educators who incorporate creativity and technology in their lessons.

Types of Funding/Funding Restrictions: A project or a program will only be eligible for funding if it is or is going to: be implemented or available nation-wide or at a minimum in two or more states in the United States; serve American youth ages 7-18; and provide programs and services that utilize technology and/or computer and video games to educate America's youth and young adults.
