About Us: 

Established in 2021, the Encantado Foundation is a Santa Fe-based 501c3 organization that will support local and regional STEM-related development programs that help to expand the area’s digital workforce through training and professional development opportunities, especially targeting underrepresented demographics in those careers, including women, minorities, and native peoples. In 2022, the Foundation will launch its first round of grants directed at programs that help to generate hire-ready candidates in IT, telecom and cyber security careers.
