Grantmaking Program Area Descriptions:
Community Revitalization: To fund and recognize the impact of artists and the arts in communities’ revitalization efforts. Creativity and innovation of the revitalizaton project, must show evidence that the community has made artists and the arts central to their community revitalization strategies. Projects must show evidence that there was contributions to community revitalization and economic development.
Application Instructions: Grant application instructions online. Required supplementary material with application- a one-page letter of support from an elected official. (Mayor, etc.) and one to three images relating to the project in jpg or png format.
Funding Restrictions: Applicants must be Americans for the Arts Organizational Members.
