Successes & Solutions in Volunteer Management

Volunteers are integral to the vitality of nonprofit organizations.  Working with volunteers can be tremendously rewarding for everyone involved.  It can also be challenging.  Engage in roundtable discussions, share your successes and brainstorm around your challenges.  Each table will be facilitated by a seasoned volunteer manager.  Best practices and solutions will be compiled and shared with participants.
