Improving Communications Improves Outcomes

Registration is closed for this event

Communication happens at many levels in many ways.  It is critical for success to have "effective communication" now more than ever about your vision, mission, goals, services, constituents, employee expectations, job performance, suppliers, processes, results.

  • - The different types of communication: human, non-verbal and speech elements
  • - Various tools to help make communication effective by dealing with interference (environmental, physical, bad structure, attitude)
  • - How to choose the right information to convey, when the right time is and method for effective feedback
  • - The framework and criteria for improving organizational performance - understanding how the work gets accomplished
  • - How to build communication and awareness between silos

Participants will be able to develop and implement new and improved processes for more effective communication.
