IT Assessment 6-2009

This course will provide general guidance for assessing your existing IT environment and needs. It will also help you develop IT equipment standards. Learn how to assess donated equipment you may receive, risks associated with transferred data or information, and resources available to help you with system diagnostics and recycling and/or scrapping hardware. This course will not cover specific technical or compatibility issues, how-to instructions for diagnostic procedures, ongoing maintenance needs, or recommendations for OS, software or support solutions.
