What are the characteristics of an effective team? How do you define roles and responsibilities? To build an effective team it helps to understand and recognize the stages of team development. Forming. Storming. Norming. Performing. After you have mastered the foundation to effective teams jump in and practice with other workshop attendees. You will gain insight and skills to strengthen your work teams.

Trish is a Production Segment Leader for Intel Corporation, responsible for all aspects of shift operational performance in 300mm high volume manufacturing. Trish earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Cynthia is currently working at Fab11X in Manufacturing with 16.5 years experience in this field. She has an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology. Cynthia has been actively involved in promoting a positive Team environment. Denise is a process engineer for Intel Corporation. She earned her BS Mechanical Engineering and MS in Material Engineering specialization in Thin Films from University of Nebraska. Denise has been highly engaged in education and nonprofit organizations for over fifteen years.
