Preparing for Change 10-2009

There are two reasons for change: expansion or contraction. When is it time to consider changing your organization? What are your options? Are you driving the change or is the change driving you? This brown bag session will discuss how to build consensus between board, executive director and community funders; as well as how to develop and implement a plan.

Presented by John Ross. John has served the nonprofit, for-profit and government sectors for 30 years. He has chaired and/or participated in numerous community collaborations and has provided consulting services to many nonprofit organizations.
