This session will give you a good understanding of how to prepare for filing the new IRS Form 990. It is important for exempt organizations to be preparing for the filing of the new IRS Form 990 long before their year-end. Important policies to have in place will be discussed. Also you will be provided information of those critical issues related to the IRS Form 990 that could trigger an IRS audit and/or that could cause you to lose your tax exemption status.
