9:30 - 11:30 Nomination, Recruitment and Training--Learn to create, update or finesse the way you select, train and maintain strong board members and enhance the leadership of your agency. Presented by Jan Hosea of Presbyterian Foundation and Jim Bonnell of Jan Hosea and Associates.

11:30 - 12:30 Board Roles and Responsibilities--Review board members duties and responsibilities. Presented by Mary Wicker, Presbyterian Healthcare Services and Anne Nokes, community volunteer.

12:30 - 1:30 Lunch: Options for Engagement, Q & A

1:30 - 2:30 Fiduciary Responsibilities--Review your legal obligations and fiduciary responsibilities with Lorna Wiggins of Wiggins, Williams & Wiggins, P.C.

2:30 - 3:30 Insurance Needs, Questions and Concerns--Review insurance needs and have your questions answered by an expert. Presented by Helen Wertheim, President and CEO of Charter Insurance Services.

3:30 - 4:30 Bylaws and Policies--Learn how to make bylaws, policies and procedures work effectively for your organization. Presented by Mary Wicker of Presbyterian Healthcare Services and Anne Nokes, community volunteer.
