Groundworks is proud to partner with nonprofit HR experts Endunamo Consulting to bring this 4-part series designed specifically for our social sector. Each session focuses on critical people issues that will help nonprofit organizations to achieve success and fulfill their missions. This training series features interactive instruction, discussion, and practical exercises in an open learning environment where participants are encouraged to share best practices, challenges, and questions.

Facilitated by Olivia Stanley and Greg Wilken of Endunamo, this training is designed to give nonprofit professionals the tools and resources to incorporate a strengths-based approach to HR strategies and to ensure that HR practices are legally compliant and minimize organizational risk.

For those unable to attend the full series, individual session registrations are also available. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and watch your inbox for registration confirmation. Questions? Reach out to [email protected]

Presenters:

Greg Wilken - President & CEO

I began my career in Washington, DC developing workforce and education policy at the U.S. Departments of Labor and Education. I went to law school and practiced law for several years advising and representing companies on employment and labor matters. Even though I loved working with my clients, I realized that I could have more of an impact from inside organizations rather than as outside counsel. For the next 15 years I held several senior corporate HR leadership roles across a wide variety of industries, including travel, retail, insurance and hospitality. During this time I established a track record of identifying problems, proposing solutions and getting results.

I started Endunamo Consulting's so that I could help nonprofit organizations and for profit businesses be successful by harnessing the great potential of their people. My goal is to empower the people and teams I work with and to help their organizations succeed and grow. I am passionate about building relationships with my clients, helping to identify their problems and devising effective and long-lasting solutions. I would love the opportunity to work with you to develop your most valuable resource - your Human Resources.

On a personal level, I grew up in South Bend, Indiana, lived for many years in the Twin Cities of Minnesota and currently reside in Las Vegas. My wife, Jennifer, and I just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and have raised two amazing daughters together. I love running, cycling, traveling and cooking - especially when I can do them all together.

Olivia Stanley - Consultant

Shortly after graduating from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, I started my human resources career in a casino. I quickly became interested in the importance of HR branding, recruitment, employee engagement, and employee relations. I love serving in a role that works to create and maintain a space where team members feel valued at work. I also have experience in marketing and communications, having worked in a digital marketing role and a public relations role with the NHL before starting my human resources career. I’m eager to contribute to the growth and success of nonprofit organizations.

In my free time, you will find me in the middle of the desert enjoying the sun or stargazing, trying a new restaurant in Chinatown, watching Bob’s Burgers, or off to see family and friends out of town.
