Description of the Volunteer Opportunity:
Habitat for Humanity is looking for new members for the Board of Directors! If you have a desire to create a world where everyone has a decent place to live -- and be involved in policy decisions and goal setting for Habitat for Humanity, we are looking for YOU!
Potential new board members will be required to attend three monthly meetings before being elected. Meetings alternate between Clovis and Portales. Volunteering approximately 6 to 10 hours per month, which can include construction, special events and fundraising, the Habitat ReStore and other activities. We are also looking for experience in at least one of these areas: human resources, planning, fundraising, building, finance, community relations, or organizational operations.
NOTE: Background check will be required for Board service
