Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide leadership, support and programmatic vision for a youth shelter that supports young people
ages 11-17 who are experiencing homelessness. Work with the Safe Home leadership team and
community stakeholders to maintain a safe, stable, nurturing, and enriching environment for young
people and staff in a 24/7 crisis shelter setting. Actively engage as a member of New Day's senior
leadership team to promote, lead and grow our youth-focused vision.

Other Information/Requirements: 

· Masters (preferred) with four or more years of experience working with young people or Bachelor’s degree
with six or more years of experience working with young people (required). Degrees should be in social
services, education or other related field.
