Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The role involves the direct supervision of regional and creative industries managers and the impact manager to ensure that client services meet annual goals. The job also entails managing public and private relationships and grant-funded programs to guarantee their success. Additionally, the position involves supporting staff in delivering best practice training and building knowledge and capacity for consulting services.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Current leadership experience complemented by the desire and capability for supervising people and programs. Positive attitude, relationship oriented, open-minded, ability to influence, and culturally competent. Experience in designing and delivering training curricula; experience in business consulting.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum of Bachelors degree in Business Administration complemented by at least five years of senior management experience, small business development and entrepreneurial experience. Most work will be performed in an office environment, sitting or standing. Schedule flexibility may be required to support travel within New Mexico.
