Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Ultrasound Technician performs basic ultrasound abortion studies with an abdominal and/or vaginal approach as needed for services provided by PPRM. Sonography is limited to basic gynecologic/obstetric ultrasound, with the majority of scans performed for the purpose of gestational dating.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Performs abdominal and vaginal ultrasounds. Evaluate pelvic structures and identify possible pathology. Perform ultrasound guidance during abortion procedures. Trains PPRM employees to perform basic gynecological/obstetrical ultrasound in partnership with the affiliate Ultrasound and Abortion Care Manager.

Salary Range: 
$ 31.32 - $ 35.50/ hour
