Main Areas of Responsibility:
Team In Training (TNT) is the world’s largest endurance sports training program. Over the past 20 years, TNT has trained more than 380,000 participants to achieve their best at marathons, half marathons, triathlons, 100-mile century bike rides, and adventure hikes. Funds raised by Team In Training participants enable The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to support lifesaving research and provide information about services to blood cancer patients and their families.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for marketing and managing chapter’s Team In Training campaign. Basic functions include developing and executing program’s operational plan, as well as overseeing and managing program’s revenue generation, expense and fiscal controls, human resources, operations, marketing and promotions. Top priorities are participant recruitment and retention, and staff & volnunteer devlopment.
