Main Areas of Responsibility:
The TAC is a service minded individual, playing a supportive role for the Human Resources Generalist-Recruiter by providing essential administrative assistance to recruiting efforts for the agency, including posting on approved job boards, preparing job offer letters, reference/background checks, coordination of events and interviews, maintaining candidate databases and onboarding.

The TAC will possess strong interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, attention to detail and an eagerness to make a significant impact in a community-based organization.
