Main Areas of Responsibility:
SHC’s Resident Specialist provides assistance to residents of the assigned SHC property in downtown Albuquerque, conducts rounds to ensure the security of the assigned property, and performs cleaning duties as directed by the Property Manager.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Provide customer service to residents and their guests
• Routinely clean the office building, common areas, restrooms, laundry rooms, and other locked facilities
• Observe and monitor traffic on property
• Provide security and protection of all property assets
• Respond to complaints regarding vandalism, unauthorized vehicles, and noise disturbances
