Main Areas of Responsibility: 

A proactive individual who can work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.  Key responsibilities are to collect, analyze, and manage data related to student outreach and educational programs.  Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage adult learners.  Collaborate with community partners to promote educational opportunities.  

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Utilize excellent digital skills to maintain databases and communication platforms.  Implement and oversee standardized testing procedures to assess student progress and program effectiveness. BA degree in education or relevant field or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience; 3 years of admin./coordinating and supervisory experience; bilingual in Spanish.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Strong digital skills, including proficiency in data management software and communication tools; excellent communication (written and verbal) and research skills.  Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision; knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles; a valid NM driver’s license with clean record and a satisfactory criminal background check.
