Main Areas of Responsibility:
Hiring a part-time to full-time Career Pathways Program Coordinator II. If you have experience with workforce development programs, community partnership development, adult education or apprenticeships, then this might be the workplace for you! This position involves working directly with trainers and students engaging in heavy machine operation and cdl courses and other programming as well as funders, employers, unions and other community partners.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinates workforce development initiatives for staff and students. Prepares periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for funders, management (including board members), office of communications, and outside agencies. Works with trainers and instructional staff to ensure training delivery, materials, and spaces are compliant with the procedural policy as established by program stakeholders/sponsors, including NMHED, NMWFCC, and AGCNM.
Salary Range:
Pay range starts at $19.80 per hour, DOE
