Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for the oversight and execution of programming, activities, and special events that will enhance the Girl Scout experience in New Mexico, development of innovative strategies, and effective services for supporting girl membership. Works in close partnership with other operational and organizational functions to support organizational mission, goals, and strategic priorities.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

*With the support of the Director of Girl Experience, creates a needs-based, data driven, comprehensive council-wide offering of programs, activities, and special events.
* Plans, coordinates, and facilitates council events that provide fun, engaging participation options for all girl members, and support council program revenue.
*Cultivates relationships will appropriate community.
*Engages volunteers for the effective delivery of programs, activities, and special events to meet the needs of girl members.

Other Information/Requirements: 

- Ensures Girl Scouting is open and accessible to all girls and adults by delivering the Girl Scout message of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access.
- Actively participates in the development of environments that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and access through words, actions, and attitude.
