Main Areas of Responsibility:
Generation Justice (GJ) is seeking an energetic, driven, social justice-oriented person to join our exciting youth leadership organization. Under the direction of the GJ Director, the Program Administrative Assistant works to support all administrative aspects of the program components of GJ, and work with GJ partners and collaborations.
Assist GJ Executive Director in administration, clerical, and scheduling tasks.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Perform all administrative tasks, such as assisting with all correspondence, upkeep of program calendar, answering phones, scheduling meetings etc.
Assist with implementation of work plans and scheduling.
Assist with all filing, both physical documents and digital.
Additional tasks as necessary to ensure smooth functioning of GJ Administration.
Other duties as assigned.
This is a part-time, contract position. The position will be mainly in the office with some remote flexibility.
