Main Areas of Responsibility:
Schedule performances of children's operas at schools throughout New Mexico. Main tasks include contacting schools and other agencies that deal with children to book performances and coordinating with performers' schedules. Make hotel and car rental arrangements as necessary.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Send out promotional materials and teachers' materials; maintain spreadsheets of contacts; contracts; performances; payments; follow-ups; keep an updated list of schools' contact information; send out invoices prepared by Treasurer with confirmation mailing; prepare reports for the board.
