Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Officer Manager is responsible for handling multiple administrative and office management functions which will facilitate the efficient operation of Saranam. Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities; ability to interface with a broad cross section of people; basic knowledge of organizational issues; strong computer skills; flexibility, high energy; capable of handling/performing multiple tasks with minimum amount of supervision.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Essential Functions:
1. Donor database and client spreadsheet management
2. Volunteer management
3. Office & Program Management

Other Information/Requirements: 

* Proven administrative skills. Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work with a variety of people including staff, volunteers, donors, and clients.
•Ability to work independently and monitor own performance objectives.
•Proven ability as a team player in a larger staff situation.
