Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assists the Health Center Manager (HCM) in supervising the daily functions of the health center. Partners with the site management team to aid in implementing and maintaining clinical and operational compliance in protocols and procedures for the health center. Acts as a supervisor to staff and an advocate for patients. Supports the operational oversight of the nearby health centers within the Pod. This position is hourly, non-exempt.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Directly supervises RNs. Supervision includes recruitment, onboarding, training, professional development, performance management, clinical audits, recognition, coaching and feedback, timesheet management, staff scheduling, and termination. Performs all applicable responsibilities of the RN role and steps into flow for services provided by the health center including abortion care and family planning when needed.
Salary Range:
$ 38.08 - $ 43.15 per hour
