Main Areas of Responsibility: 

MNMF is looking for a FT Museum Store Manager for the New Mexico Museum of Art Vladem Contemporary to serve as the floor supervisor for the museum store, train staff, enhance the store brand through outstanding customer service This role is the face of the Foundation at the Museum, creating strong partnerships with Museum staff, curators, and docents.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assisting VP of Retail with the recruitment, retention, supervision, and development of a talented team
Managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our customers with the highest level of customer service
90%+ of time is in the store selling, maintaining store displays, putting out product and alongside sales associates.

Other Information/Requirements: 

We Want to Hear from You if You Are: Sales driven with a strong focus on guest service, visual merchandising, and leading a team who is self-motivated and organized with 3+ years of experience with museums and retail operations and point of sale systems.
