Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for planning and organizing all events and works closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager in developing an annual Marketing Calendar while understanding identified target audiences.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Initiates and researches ideas for potential events.
-Organizes internal and external teams in planning successful events.
-Responsible for preparation of events, site coordination and post-event evaluation.
-Adheres to marketing and communications plans as it pertains to the development of events and activities.
-Supports the creation and distribution of marketing collateral.
