Main Areas of Responsibility:
This role will lead capacity building programs and services for CNPE. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing all capacity building work (cohorts, trainings, tools & resources, technical assistance, etc.) The Manager will be launching a pilot cohort to for facilitated learning to improve organizational outcomes.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Leading committees, managing volunteers and interns, membership engagement, membership data management, maintaining GNMs’ digital library. Create social media and newsletter content, design and edit publications, and support membership outreach. Support grant applications and reporting. Must center racial equity into our culture, practices, and work.
